(a) To act and operate exclusively as a non-profit organization to support the social welfare of the Southern Sudanese by improving the agricultural base of the subsistence farmers, to improving the economic condition of the people and by encouraging interior communities relationships through peacemaking mechanisms among the neighboring tribes and by improving of land and water transportation of such communities to promote practicable trade among the people.

(b) To promote self help of Southern Sudanese people around the world by working together  for the well being of the Sudanese returning refugees;  to secure their future well being upon return and to assist such other charitable organizations which are working for the welfare of the peoples of Sudan.

(c) To work with the communities in Southern Sudan to engage in protecting and improving the environment,  social, ethnic and cultural situation of the people, and to improve human resources of the region by improvement of  literacy through academic.

d) To solicit and receive contributed funds which will be used to bring support to the people of Southern Sudan to improve the rural development through agricultural development to fight poverty, and other natural disasters in the region and to work to find solutions to these difficulties through continuing coalition thereof.
